I work with introverts and shy people who are tired of letting opportunities to speak and to act pass them by.
If you feel stuck, lost or blocked by low confidence or a lack of clarity about your wants, needs and options – I get it. I've been there too. The good news is, there is more than this. Through coaching, I can help you discover it and move closer to the life you want.

I'm a coach, advisor, tutor, screenwriter, lindy hopper and occasional — and very reluctant! — runner.
I've always worked in the public and charity sectors, in roles where I work closely with people to engage, facilitate and support. I love varied work where I get to meet lots of different people and travel around the beautiful East Riding of Yorkshire, where I live.
And yet… I'm a huge introvert. Shy, in fact — that's a word I've used to describe myself throughout my life with varying degrees of affinity and shame. I think this sums up one of my great strengths: the ability to hold multiple conflicting truths at once. We are all complex, chaotic and human, and the challenges that meet us in our lives and work are too. I am constantly working to befriend uncertainty and doubt.
I've been fortunate enough to receive some amazing coaching myself, which showed me the assumptions I was making about myself and the world, and totally transformed my thinking. That's the main reason I trained as a coach — to work alongside others on their development journeys, and to keep making my own discoveries.
